Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your use of this website and any transactions you carry out through it. These terms and conditions are supplemented by the following additional pages:
General
Timescales - We will deliver on your simple basket order or respond to your e-mail request within 48 hours of receipt except for periods of holiday which will be clearly posted on our website so that you are aware before ordering.
Usage Rights - You are entitled to print/copy purchased items as many times as needed for your own use only. Any further duplication will be considered a breach of copyright.
Accuracy - All of the questions you purchase are checked prior to sending to you. If you feel a question is inaccurate please contact us citing at least two sources (preferably websites) which show our answer or question is incorrect. Upon ratification of this evidence we will arrange for a replacement question to be issued to you. We cannot accept any responsibility for any subsequent loss you may incur as a result of an inaccurate question.
Bespoke Quiz Rounds
If you require the bespoke question round service we will send you an invoice for the agreed price. This should be paid within 28 days or prior to your requested delivery date, whichever is sooner. We will then send you the request within the time period agreed. If the invoice is not paid within this time period we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you ask us to write a bespoke round we will set a price which may be higher than our standard round costs to reflect the costs of research. We reserve the right to sell this product on our website (at our normal price) following the date of your event - if you do not wish us to make it available in this way, a further premium fee may be charged.
Quizmaster for Hire
If you require our live quizmaster services we will send you an invoice for a deposit and a PayPal payment request. The deposit will be agreed in advance and will usually be between 20% and 50% of the final agreed price. If you wish to cancel our service after paying the deposit you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit should be paid at least seven days in advance of your scheduled event. The balance of the agreed fee should normally be paid to us on the night of the event in cash only. If you prefer to pay the balance via PayPal please notify us and we will send a second invoice and payment request.
In the event of the deposit not being paid at least seven days in advance, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Likewise if you fail to pay us the full amount before the scheduled start of our service we reserve the right to cancel your order and you will forfeit your deposit.
